Woo Cha Franchise Condition

Woo Cha welcomes everyone to be part of the family, we are the white hope!

  • 1.Agreement duration

    renewed every three years (no renewal fee charged for subsequent renewals)

  • 2.Store conditions

    lease term of at least 2 years, subject to evaluation by headquarter

  • 3.Store size requirements

    minimum of 15 ping (approximately 49.6 square meters) with a frontage of 4 meters

  • 4.Franchisee requirements

    aged 20-45 with good credit

  • 4:Staff training

    at least four staff to receive 200 hours training and pass the assessment

  • 6.Brand management fee

    $2,500 per month.

Woo Cha Franchise Process

Step 1

Reserve for a meeting

Briefing session / Franchise expo / Telephone appointment Discuss the overview and brand vision as well as to explain the franchise program

Step 2

Draft agreement

Sign a draft contract and pay NTD 50,000 as deposit

Step 3

Store evaluation

Sign the formal contract, and the franchise fee and guarantee deposit have to be paid by the franchisee (guarantee deposit would be refunded without interest upon the termination of the contract)

Step 4

Staff training

Receive 200 hours of training and pass the assessment

Step 5

Store construction

The construction would be supervised by our headquarter

Step 6

Equipment and machinery entry

Positioning as well as installation of the software and hardware equipment

Step 7

Completion of the storefront

The store would be inspected and raw materials would be sent to the store afterwards

Step 8

Grand opening

On-site counseling provided by our headquarter and grand opening of the store
